Once your order has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, delivery is made within 1 working day. Delivery timescales begin from the point of pharmacist approval, not from the time of order placement.
Medication is dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for medication passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of prescription medication and patient safety requirements, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (exceptions for healthcare products).
If your order is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. Consultation fees may be non-refundable where a clinical review has been completed.
